Lisa M. Kolodziej Scholarship
CEDAS members considering economic development training programs may apply for a CEDAS Lisa M. Kolodziej Scholarship (pronounced Ka’ low jay) to defray some of the cost. The maximum amount for a scholarship is usually $500; however, up to $1,000 will be considered on a case-by-case basis for programs with significant expenses. Members may apply for multiple scholarships, with a maximum total amount of $1,000 per calendar year. Any CEDAS member may download the Scholarship Application and apply – please click here to access the application.
The Scholarship Committee and Board of Directors establish the criteria for awarding this benefit:
- The scholarship is designated to cover (or help cover depending on the cost) the registration fee.
- Travel and other costs are paid by the individual or through other sources.
- Consideration will be given to covering expenses other than registration when there are significant costs for the training.
-
Scholarship recipients are reimbursed after the event, after submission of proof of registration and completion of a report form that will be sent to you.
For questions please contact the CEDAS Scholarship Chairperson, Rista Malanca, prior to the start of the program.
