WEST HAVEN — A state nonprofit has issued the city a certification for exemplifying best practices in economic development and land use.
The Connecticut Economic Development Association issued a silver certification to West Haven last month after the city’s application impressed two reviewers. West Haven was one of eight municipalities to receive a silver certification; three others received gold and one received bronze.
