Town of Stratford/Stratford Redevelopment Agency is seeking mixed use private development within Stratford’s Transit Oriented Development District. The development of the former Center Elementary School site, coordinated and integrated with other ongoing projects, is critical to the transformation of Stratford Center. The Town of Stratford is seeking development partners with a demonstrated capacity to help the Town achieve that goal.
