Despite the expected blustery cold and snow of February, things are heating up in the Town of Fairfield. The Department is excited to announce the launch of a brand new, mid-winter Restaurant Week, which runs February 27 through March 5. This event brings tremendous exposure for the featured businesses, as well as those tangentially located, during a time of year when most customers would rather hunker down at home. Continuing the growth trend, housing construction in the Town shows an uptick, while Fairfield University gets ready to host its annual StartUp Showcase, where young entrepreneurs compete for funding, possibly creating new business opportunities right here in Fairfield.
